Reviewing the BluePlanner integration details

BluePlanner is a tool to define discount rates reflecting both long-term and short-term campaigns. The BluePlanner integration provides the ability to retrieve discounts for products added in the sales order lines and activate or deactivate the integration.

Note: 
  • This is applicable only for M3 integrated customers.
  • You must be logged on to the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Log on to Infor CRM Administration Portal.
  2. Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Audit and Integration > Integrations. The Integration Maintenance page is displayed with the details of the selected integration.
  3. Click BluePlanner. The BluePlanner Integration details page is displayed.
  4. Review this information:
    Name
    The name of the integration. By default, this field is set to BluePlanner and cannot be modified.
    Sync Method
    The method to sync the data. By default, this field is set to ION and cannot be modified.
    Link Type
    The synchronization type. By default, this field is set to System and cannot be modified.
    Authentication Type
    The type of authentication used for integration. By default, this field is set to Basic and cannot be modified.
    Enabled
    If this check box is selected, the BluePlanner Integration is enabled. By default, this check box is cleared.
  5. Review this information on the BluePlanner Synchronization Map tab:
    BluePlanner Property
    The BluePlanner property associated with the discount mapping.
    IDO
    The Infor CRM CE IDO associated with the discount mapping.
    Property
    The Infor CRM CE IDO property associated with the discount mapping.
    Custom
    This value indicates if the synchronization for this discount mapping is customized.
    Active
    This indicates if the synchronization for this discount mapping is active.
