Editing the Activity Type

Use the Edit Activity Type window to modify the activity information such as name and MSI (Marketo Sales Insight) information of an activity type.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Log on to Infor CRM Administration Portal.
  2. Select System Administration > Integrations. The Integrations list page is displayed with the details of the selected integration.
  3. Click Marketo. The Marketo Integrations details page is displayed.
  4. Click the Marketo Activity Types tab. The list of Marketo Activity Types is displayed.
  5. Click an activity type to modify the details. The Edit Activity Type window is displayed.
  6. Select the required MSI (Marketo Sales Insight) category. Possible values are:
    • Interesting Moments
    • Score Change
    • Web page
    • Emails
  7. Select the Include In Sync? check box to add the activity type to the Marketo Sales Insight tab. The activity types that are included in the scheduled synchronization are also considered
  8. Click OK.
