Viewing Product Stock Quantity
- Click the App menu and select Infor M3 to open Infor M3 application.
- Press Ctrl + R. The Search and Start window are displayed.
- Specify MMS081 in the search field.

Click OK. All the available
warehouses are displayed.
Note: You can note the On-hand value for the warehouse to verify that the same value is specified for the default warehouse of the user in User Maintenance.
- Select the warehouse from the Warehouse Lookup window.
- Open the CRM admin portal.

Select the maintenance form Location Maintenance) and specify the following
fields:
- Active Flag
- Location
- The location of the Warehouse.
- Description
- The description of the warehouse.
- ID
- The unique identification code of the warehouse.
- Name
- The name of the warehouse.
- Status
- The status of the warehouse.
- Accounting Entity
- The accounting entity linked to the warehouse.
- External ID
- Logical ID
- Unique ID
- Variation ID
- Location Type
- The location type for the Product Stock.Note: By default, this field is set to Warehouse. If Location Type is set to a value other than Warehouse and the Track Available Quantity check box is cleared, the stock quantity of the items in the Warehouse cannot be retrieved.
- Transit Flag
- Select this check box to indicate the product in transit.
- Sale Flag
- Select this check box to indicate the product as a sale.
- Track Available Quantity
- Select this check box to track the available quantity of the products. Verify if the background task is completed based on the scheduled time (your local time).
- Open Background Task History page.
- Set the Return Status field to Task Succeeded.

Filter the form using the filter icon.
Note:
- Records with the Return Status field set to Task Succeeded must exist every day.
- The background task fails when the task is run outside the scheduled time for the update of stocks.
- If a problem occurs when updating the stocks during the scheduled time, the background task fails and the background task is run automatically every 5 minutes, for the next one hour, until the task is completed successfully.
- Open the CRM Mobile application.

Create sales order with POS order type and verify if the Stock Quantity in the POS product lookup is
same as the On-hand value balance in
MMS081.
Note:
- You can view the On-hand balance on the MMS01 page in the CRM admin application.
- You can view the Stock Quantity on the POS product lookup window in the CRM mobile application.
