Viewing Contacts, Leads or Accounts on a Contour map
On the Contour map, you can view Contacts, Leads or Accounts. You can also add a temporary place to the map and get driving instructions.
To access the Contour map, you can select one or more records and click Show on Map on the toolbar of the Contacts, Leads or Accounts list pages. A map view is displayed with the selected Contacts, Leads or Accounts listed and identified on the map. You can also select Contour Distance Search from the Contextual Menu bar and click Account, Contact, or Lead to perform a Contour Distance Search.

To remove a single Contact, Lead or Account, clear the corresponding check box.

Note:
- You must allow pop-ups before you can view a Contour map.
- Each map provider has a limit for the number of records or places that can be displayed on the map. For Google maps, 10 records or places can be displayed.
- If an address cannot be located on a map, then the map pin is as close to the location as can be determined. For example, in the middle of a postal code, city, state or country. If none of that information can be determined, then the pin is displayed on the map at the longitude and latitude point 0,0. Click the red pin to view details.
