Adding or editing a Field Mapping

Use the Add/Edit Field Mapping window to add or edit linking definitions between Infor CRM Sales Portal and Marketo. The information is transferred between the applications, based on the definition.

Note: You must log onto the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Log on to Infor CRM Sales Portal.
  2. Select System Administration > Integrations. The Integrations list page is displayed and details page.
  3. Click Marketo. The Marketo Integration details page is displayed.
  4. Click the Marketo Synchronization Maps tab.
  5. Click a Map Name. The Fields tab is displayed in the Map details page.
  6. Click Insert to add a new field mapping. Click Edit to modify the corresponding field mapping. The Edit Field Mapping window is displayed.
  7. Specify this information based on the requirement:
    Enabled
    If this check box is selected, the field mapping is enabled. By default, this check box is selected.
    Infor CRM Property
    The field name of IDO.
    Marketo Property
    The field name of Marketo.
    Mapping Type
    The type of mapping. Possible values:
    • Literal
    • Mapped
    Insert
    Select this check box, to synchronize the mapping when a new value is added.
    Update
    Select this check box, to synchronize the mapping when an existing value is updated.
    Literal Value
    The value to be populated in both applications.
    Max Length
    The maximum number of characters that can be specified for the Literal Value.
    Data Type
    The data type of the specified value. Possible values:
    • Date and Time
    • Integer
    • Number
    • String
    Format String
    The format command for the string.
