Adding a new Team

Use the Action Menu in the toolbar and select New to add a new team.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Select Action from the toolbar and click New. You can also use Ctrl + N in the Team Detail view.
  2. Specify the name in the Name field.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Add team members.
  5. Add a user and select the owner check box on the Security tab. Teams can have multiple owners. If no Team owner is selected, the Super User is the only user that can delete the team accounts or change account ownership.
  6. Click Save.
