Adding the Campaign Targets using Filter Groups

Use Add from Filter in the Campaign Target Query window to select targets from the lead or contact filters.

  1. Expand the Targets related section on the Campaign details page.
  2. Click Insert to open the Campaign Target Query window.
  3. Click Add From Filter.
  4. Select the Lead Filter or Contact Filter option.
  5. Select a filter from the list of options.
  6. Click Refresh to perform the search based on the criteria selected. The search results are found, the records are displayed on the Results grid.
  7. Click OK to add the targets from the Results grid to the selected campaign.
