Synchronization overview

Synchronization is a method of exchanging files between Infor CRM and an integrated application.

Sync History is captured each time a sync job runs to synchronize records between Infor CRM and the integrated application. Sync history information displays the synchronized record along with the time of synchronization. This information is also useful for troubleshooting synchronization problems.

For Administrators
The Sync History list page is available to users with administrative privileges and is provided in a spreadsheet format. Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Audit And Integration > Sync History from the Navigation pane.
For Users
Access a record in a details page, select Sync History from the Detail menu and . The Sync History displays the list and detail views.
