Marketo tab

Use the Marketo tab to promote a user to Marketo.

Note: You must be logged on to the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.

You can access the Marketo tab from the User Info tab. You can select System Administration > Users from the navigation pane to access the User Info tab.

This primary information related to a user is displayed on the Marketo tab:

Marketo Status

Indicates if the user data is synchronized with Marketo. Possible values:

Linked: Indicates that the user data is synchronized with Marketo.
Unlinked: Indicates that the user data is not synchronized with Marketo.

Marketo Operation

Indicates the next action to be performed, to synchronize the user data with Marketo.

Last Operation

Indicates the last action executed, to synchronize the user data with Marketo.

You can use the Link to Marketo option to promote the user data to Marketo. The user details are synchronized with Marketo and after synchronization is completed successfully, the information is updated on this tab.
