Targets related section

The Targets related section displays the targets linked to a selected campaign.

You can access this section from the Campaign details page.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Insert: Use this option to add contacts or leads as campaign targets.
  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the contact or lead targets linked to the selected campaign.

For each record, you can:

  • Click the Contact or Lead name, or click Edit to view or modify the linked contact or lead target details.
  • Use the Remove Association option to disassociate a contact or lead from the campaign. The contact or lead is still listed as a campaign target but the status is changed to Removed.
