Adding Summary template

Use the Summary Template tab to see, add, edit information for the selected record.
Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task. The Summary Template is used for inserts.
  1. Specify the name of the icon that is displayed in the History Summary list in the Icon field.
    Note: To locate the icon names, select Form from the toolbar, click Open, search for CRMSohoUserComponents and click OK. From this view, select Hyperlink from list page and click on Icon drop down.
  2. Specify the Hex color code for the icon in the Color field.
  3. Specify the Title that is displayed in the History Summary list in the Title field.
  4. In the Summary Template field, specify the way you want the record to display in the History Summary list using HTML.
  5. Select the Field Name from drop down in the Summary Select Fields.
  6. Select the Type from the drop down.
  7. Select the Active check box.
    Note: To add more fields, click New and repeat steps 5-7.
  8. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • To delete a Summary template, you can select the record in the list page, click Delete and click OK.
    • To edit a Summary template, you can click the field to edit in the list page and select the new value from the drop down.
