Understanding the Calendar Security tab

Use the Calendar Security tab to view, add, or modify information for the selected record.

Note: You must be logged on to the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.

To find the Calendar Security tab, you can access System Administration from the Navigation bar, click Users and select the required record. Click the record name and select the Calendar Security tab.

You can select tabs to access additional relevant information:

Allow Access to Other Calendars

Use this tab to set permission rights for a user to view and modify calendars of other users . Possible options are:

Allow View
Selecting this option gives this user view only rights to another user’s calendar.
Allow Edit
Selecting this option gives this user the ability to edit another user’s calendar.
Allow Delete
Selecting this option gives this user the ability to delete another user’s calendar activities.
Allow Complete
Selecting this option gives this user the ability to complete another user’s calendar activities.
Allow Schedule
Selecting this option gives this user the ability to schedule another user’s calendar activities.

Allow Access to my Calendar

Use this tab to set access right for other users to view and modify this user’s calendar. By default, users do not have access to any other user’s calendars. Possible options are:

Allow View
Selecting this option gives another user view only right to this user’s calendar.
Allow Edit
Selecting this option gives another user the ability to edit this user’s calendar.
Allow Delete
Selecting this option gives another user the ability to delete this user’s calendar activities.
Allow Complete
Selecting this option gives another user the ability to complete this user’s calendar activities.
Allow Schedule
Selecting this option gives another user the ability to schedule this user’s calendar activities.
