Working with Products

Use the Product Details screen to review and modify the details of the contact selected on the Product List screen. The Product Details screen comprises of these tabs:

  • DETAILS
    The details related to the product can be viewed and modified on this tab.
  • RELATED
    The campaign product details can be viewed and modified on this tab.

To modify the contact details:

  1. Select Product on the navigation bar. The Product List view screen is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the contact. The Product Details screen is displayed.
  3. Select the Details tab.
  4. Click the Edit option.
  5. View or modify this Information:
    Name
    Name of the product.
    Type
    The description of the product type. Possible values:
    • License Only
    • Physical Product
    • Download
    Actual ID
    The actual ID of the product.
    Family
    The product family.
    Note: You can select an item from the list.
    Status
    The status of the product. Possible values:
    • Available
    • Discontinued
    Price
    The price of the product.
    Description
    A brief description of the product.
    Category
    The type of product.
    Mandatory Stock
    The minimum stock of the product. Possible values:
    • Must Stock
    • Should Stock
    Brand
    The brand of the product.
    Track Price
    Select this check box to track prices of the product.
  6. Click Save.
