You can access this section from the details screen of these entities:
Account
Contact
To view or modify an email:
Click Email. The
Email List view screen is displayed.
Select the appropriate email Address to be updated. The
Email Details screen is displayed.
Click the Edit option to modify the
details related to an email.
Specify the email address.
5. Select or clear the Primary
Record check box, if required. Note: The Primary Record check box can be selected
for only one email at a time.
Select the type of the email address. Possible values:
Home
Work
Other
Select or clear the Main Type check
box to indicate the email address as the primary email address for a particular
type. Note: When you select this check box, this email address is defaulted as
the primary email address.
