Creating Authorized Application in the destination Ming.le tenant

Implementations with a pre-existing Infor CRM CE, backend service Authorized App defined must pickup with step 8, Download Credentials, to download the OAuth 2.0 and service account credentials file.

  1. Open Infor ION API in Ming.le.
  2. Select Authorized Apps.
  3. Click Add to add a new authorized app.
  4. Specify a unique name. For example, Infor CRM CE.
  5. Select the required Backend Service option for type.
  6. Specify description. For example, Infor CRM CE backend service account.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Download Credentials.
  9. Select Create Service Account.
  10. Update User Name with a pre-defined Ming.le user to be used by the service account to meet the host ERP system security requirements for price service API calls from Infor CRM CE.
  11. Click DOWNLOAD.
  12. Locate downloaded authorized app ionapi credentials file and save for future reference.
  13. Click Save.
