Working with Campaigns

  1. Select Master Explorer > Marketing > Campaigns. The Campaign list page is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the Campaign. The Campaign details page is displayed.
  3. Click View More to modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the campaign.
    Description
    A brief description of the campaign.
    Objectives
    The objectives of the campaign. For example, 'Increase sales in Midwest region'.
    Call to Action
    The promotion message used in the campaign. For example, 'Act now to get 50% off'.
    Lead Source
    The campaign lead source.
    Type
    The type of campaign. Possible values:
    • Email
    • Phone Call
    • Mail
    • Fax
    • Media
    • Multiple
    Launched On
    The date when the campaign was launched.
    Comments
    The additional information that is specific to this Campaign.
    Status
    The status of the campaign.
    Code
    A unique identifier for the campaign. You can assign any combination of letters and numbers that have not been used.
    Start Date
    The start date of the campaign.
    End Date
    The date on which the campaign ends.
    Owner
    The person or a team within your organization who has access to the campaign.
    Manager
    The individual in the company who is responsible for the campaign.
    Region
    The region in which the campaign takes place.
    Target Process
    The Target Process of modular listing. Possible values:
    • Order
    • Basic Shelf Survey
    Modular Listing Type
    The type of modular listing. Possible values:
    • Customer
    • Competitor
    • Sales Execution
    • Internal
    • Promotion
    • Modular Listing
    Auto Assign
    Select this check box for assigning accounts to a campaign automatically based on region, distribution chain, and advertising circles.
  4. Click the History tab to view the history of activities performed on the selected campaign. Click View Full List to view all the activities.
  5. Click the Files tab to view the history of attachments linked to the selected Campaign. Click View Full List to view all the attachments.
  6. Expand or collapse an entity related section to add, review or modify the data defined for the various entities linked to the Campaign.
  7. Click Save.

    On this page you can also:

    • Access functions from the details page toolbar.
    • Use Launch option to launch the campaign.
    • Use Marketing Email Templates option to open the Marketing Email Templates window.
    • Click Estimated Budget in the header bar to access the Campaign Budget and Results Snapshot.
    • View the number of targets, stages and steps in the header bar.
