Managing Leads Sources
You can use the Lead Sources details page to add, edit or
delete lead sources. Lead sources identify how your company found out about a contact.
Lead, or opportunity (trade shows, magazine ads, telesales, and so forth).
Note: You must be logged into the
Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this
task.
To navigate to the details page, access
from the navigation bar, click , select the required record and click the record name.The list header is located at the top left in the list area and contains a list of lead sources. You can view the description of Lead sources.
The details header is located at the top right of the details page. You can view this information about the lead source.
- Description
- The lead source description.
- Abbreviated Description
- A brief description of the lead source.
- Type
- The category of the lead source. For example, Advertising.
- Status
- Whether the lead source is active.
- Cost
- The cost associated with producing the lead source.
- Source Date
- The date the lead source originated.
