You can delete a Sales Order and related products and addresses to the sales
order, if any. You cannot delete a Sales Order for the Account, Opportunity, Bill To,
Ship To or Pay From, if the Sales Orders
status is set to Closed, Deleted or
Transmitted to Accounting status.

Access the details page.

Expand the Sales Orders section.

Click Delete
corresponding to the sales order to be deleted.

Click Yes to
confirm deletion.
Note:
- To delete multiple sales orders for an account or opportunity,
access details page, click on the Sales Order Number. Select the
check boxes corresponding to the Sales Orders to be deleted and
click Delete.
- To delete sales order for Bill To, Ship To or Pay From, access
details page, expand Sles Orders section. Click
the Sales Order
link select the check boxes corresponding to the
sales order to be deleted and click Delete
