Adding and Modifying the Phone Number format

You can set the phone number format for a country in the Country details page.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Navigate to the International Phone Number field from the Country details page.
  2. Add or modify the phone number format using the # symbol to represent the number in a phone number and include the separators:
    For example, if you would like for US phone numbers to display as (888) 555-1212, you would enter (###) ###-#### in the International Phone Number field. System writes the phone number from right to left.
  3. Click Save.
