Adding a Lead Source

You can add lead sources, such as trade shows and advertisements, to the list of available lead sources.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Expand System Administration from the navigation bar and click Lead Source.
  2. Select the Action drop down from the toolbar and click New.
  3. Complete the lead source fields:
    Description
    Specify a description for the lead source.
    Abbreviated Description
    Specify a short description for the lead source.
    Type
    Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
    Status
    Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
    Cost

    Enter the cost associated with producing the lead source.

    Date
    To edit, click the Calendar, select the date the lead source originated, and then click OK.
  4. Click Save.
