Adding a New Picklist

Use the Action menu in the toolbar and select New to add a new picklist.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Select the Action drop down and click New from the toolbar on the Navigation bar, select Administration. You can also use Ctrl + N from the Team detail page.
  2. In the Picklist Name field, specify the name of the picklist.
  3. Specify the name of the picklist in the Display Name field.
  4. Specify the Picklist Name or Display Name to display in the UI in the Display field.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Set the picklist attributes on the Picklist Detail view.
  7. Add items to the picklist using the Picklist Items tab.
  8. Add aliases to the picklist using the Alias tab, if required.
  9. Click Save.
