Integrations

You can use Integrations to communicate between Infor CRM Sales Cloud and external applications and services. Each integration communicates different information, or has different communication behavior.

You can use the Integration Management page to manage the Integrations.

To access the Integrations Management page, log on to Infor CRM Administration Portal, access System Administration > Integrations and select the supported integration.

Note: The Integrations list page is displayed with the details of the selected integration.

The value in these fields is defaulted based on the selected integration:

Name
Sync Method
Link Type
Authentication

Note:

All integrations are disabled until you enable them.
Each Integration is different, so additional fields and tabs are displayed based on the selected Integration.
