Managing Marketo session logs

The Marketo Session Logs provide information related to Sync Jobs that have been run for Marketo, and details about the jobs.
Note: You must be logged on to Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.

To access the details page:

  • From the navigation pane, expand System Administration, and click Marketo Session Logs.
  • Scroll to locate the required record and then click the record name.

    The record opens with the list and details page displayed side-by-side.

Log List

In this section, you can view the list of jobs. You can select a job to see the additional information in the right pane.

Details

In this section, you can view the information related to the job selected in the Log List. This information is displayed:

  • Created Date: The date on which the session log is generated.
  • Job: The name of the job for which the session log is generated.
  • Status: The status of the job.
  • Execution Type: Scheduled or Manual.
  • ID: Unique ID generated by Infor CRM Sales Portal.
  • Session Number: The code of the session log.
  • Total Processed: The count of rows processed during the synchronization.
  • Errors: The count of rows with errors during the synchronization.
  • Skipped: The count of rows skipped during the synchronization.
  • Inserted: The count of rows inserted during the synchronization.
  • Updated: The count of rows updated during the synchronization.
  • Deleted: The count of rows deleted during the synchronization.
You can use the Run Now option to rerun all syncs with a frequency and syncs that are past due to run.

Details List

In this section, you can view the information related to the selected job log. This information is displayed

  • Description: The type of error.
  • Details: The details about the cause for the error.
  • Operation: The placeholder field. Always blank.
  • Entity: The IDO entity type. For example, Contact, Account and so on.
  • Entity ID: Infor CRM Sales Portal IDO record ID.
