Modifying a standard problem resolution

To modify a resolution:

  1. Click Service and click Standard Resolutions on the Navigation Bar to access the Standard Resolutions list view. See Using the Standard Resolutions list view
    Note:  If required, use the Lookup option to locate a resolution, and click the standard resolution ID. See Using lookup
  2. Specify this information:
    Description
    The description for the resolution.
    Note
    A notes to describe how to resolve the problem.
  3. Click Save.
