Using the Report Scheduling wizard
The Report Scheduling wizard is used to modify the report parameters, by modifying the content of the selected report according to the requirements.
To modify the report parameters:

Specify this information in the Select Records
window:
- Show records that match
- The condition based on which the records are displayed.
Possible values:
- [All Records]: All records for the selected report type.
- [Specific Conditions]: All records based on the specified filter parameters
- [Current User]: All records for the logged in user.
Note: If this field is set to [All Records], you can proceed to step 2. - Match the following conditions
- The filter parameters based on the matching condition
selected in the Show records that
match field. Possible values:
- All: Returns only the records that exactly match all parameters.
- Any: Returns all records that match at least one of the filter parameters.
Note:- This field is displayed only if the Show records that match field is set to Specific Conditions or Current User.
- You can select the Plus icon to add filter parameters in the Add/Edit Conditions window. See Adding and modifying report conditions
- Click Next. The Export Options or Export And Scheduling Options window is displayed.

Specify this information:
Note: When defining a CRM Workflow Run Report step, Format is the only available option.
- Description
- The description of the report. This description is displayed in the Description column on the Schedules tab on the Reports list view.
- Format
- The file format of the report. Possible values:
- Word
- Excel
- Excel-Data
- CSV
- XML
- Run As
- The report is generated on the selected name of the user. This option is
available only for administrators.Note: You can use the Lookup option to search for the required user.
- Create Job schedule to run

- Every
- Select the time interval for the jobs to run. This option is available only
if this window is accessed using the Schedule
Report option in the
Reports view. Possible
values:
- Minutes: Specify the number of minutes.
- Hours: Specify the number
of hours and the number of minutes past the
hour.
For example, Every 2 hour(s) at 30 minutes past the hour.
- Day: Click the Calendar icon and select the time of day.
- Weekday: Click the Calendar icon to select the time of day.
- Week: Select the day of the week and click the Calendar icon to select the time of the day.
- Month: Select the week of
the month, the day of the week and click the
Calendar icon to select the time of
the day.
For example, Every month on the 2nd Monday at 6:00 AM
- Run From
- The date on which the job is scheduled to start. Click the Calendar icon and select the required date.
- Run To
- The date on which the job is scheduled to end. Click the Calendar icon and select the required date.
- Click Finish.
