Steps tab

The Steps tab on the CRM Workflow detail view displays the steps associated with the CRM Workflow instance.

To access the Steps tab you can:
  1. Select CRM Workflow, from the Navigation bar.
  2. Click the CRM Workflow name link. CRM Workflow detail view is displayed.
    Note: Use the Lookup to search for records if required.
  3. Click the Steps tab and view this information:
    Started
    Trigger date for this specific CRM Workflow instance step.
    Completed
    Completion date for this specific CRM Workflow instance step. Approval steps are completed once the approval criteria are met or the specified days to expire have elapsed.
    Action
    The type of CRM Workflow step. Possible values:
    • Approve
    • Branch
    • Business Rule
    • Create Activity
    • Create Entity
    • Create History
    • Mail Merge
    • Run Report
    • Send Email
    • Start Workflow
    • Stop Workflow
    • Test Condition
    • Update Entity
    Status
    CRM Workflow step status values include: Complete, Pending, Approved, Disapproved, and Expired.
    • A status of Complete is applied once a notification step emails are published.
    • A status of Approved is applied once the specified number or percentage of approvers have approved the step.
    • A status of Disapproved is applied once the remaining pending approvers are no longer able to meet the approval criteria.
    • A status of Expired is applied once the configured days to expire have elapsed and the approval step has not met the approval or disapproval criteria.
    Name
    Step name link to the corresponding CRM Workflow Step instance detail form.
    Approvals
    Number of approvers that have approved the step.
    Disapprovals
    Number of approvers that have disapproved the step.
    Pending
    Number of potential approvers that have not yet approved or disapproved the approval step.
    Active
    Check box indicating an active approval step awaiting additional input from the remaining set of pending approvers.
