Actions that Trigger Events in Infor CRM SLX
Note: The system administrator manages the actions that trigger
events.

| None | This step does not contain an action. |
| Mail Merge | Launches the screens enabling you to create a document from a template. This enables you to create a document. The range of choices available to you are based on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Basic Script | Runs the selected script from the Sales Process family. |
| Form | Launches the application form. |
| Phone Call | Displays the Schedule Phone Call window. The range of choices available to you are based on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| To Do | Displays the Schedule To Do window. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Meeting | Displays the Schedule Meeting window. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Literature Request | Displays the Literature Request window, enabling you to submit a request for literature fulfillment. |
| Contact Process | Displays the Schedule Process window. |

modify the Activity Types pick list to include or remove actions that trigger
application events.
