Enabling Price Adjustments

You can adjust the price of the integrated quotes or sales orders unit pricing, using the Enabling Price Adjustments option.

  1. Select Integration > Integrations on the navigation bar. The Integrations list view is displayed.
  2. Click Back Office Extension. The Back Office Integration detail view is displayed.
  3. Set these values on the Options tab:
    • Price Overrides enabled Value to False
    • Price Adjustments enabled Value to True
  4. Set the Data Value field in ERP Price Override Reason Code custom settings based on this ERP system you are integrated with:
    • Infor Syteline: Set the Data Value to Discount.
    • Infor CloudSuite Industrial: Set the Data Value to Discount.
    • Infor LN-based Integrations: Set the Data Value to the implementation-specific line-level Distributed Charge Reason Code, as published for the summary ERP-based SalesOrderLine/Distributed Charge BOD element.
    Note: You can contact the LN administrator or integrator to define the unique Distributed Charge Reason Code.
  5. Set the Data Value field in the CRM Price Override Reason Code custom settings based on these integrated ERP systems:
    • Infor Syteline: The value is not specified.
    • Infor CloudSuite Industrial: The value is not specified.
    • Infor LN-based Integrations: Set the Data Value to the implementation-specific line-level Distributed Charge Reason Code, as published for the summary CRM-based SalesOrderLine/DistributedCharge BOD element.
