Viewing Deployment Target Settings

Click Manage Deployments on the
Developer Tools menu. The
Deployment Manager window is displayed.

Select the required target or portal from the Deployments
tree view

Review this information in the Target Settings:
- IIS Target
- Target Name
- The name of the target the portal will be deployed
to.
- Server
- The name of your Web Host server. By default, this
is localhost; however, you can deploy to any Web Host
server.
- Base Directory
- The location where the files generated for the Web
server are saved. For example, \\inetpub\wwwroot.
- Port
- The port number for your Web Host server.
- Application Portal
- The name of the application pool for your Web site. For example, if you used
the Infor CRM SLX Web site, the App Pool is
SalesLogix.
- Deploy Target
- Determines whether this target is active and will
be deployed.
- Restore Virtual Directory Settings on
Update
- Identifies if the IIS settings will restore the
default configuration upon update.
- File System or SlxJobService
Target
- Target Name
- The name of the target the portal will be deployed
to.
- Base Directory
- The location where the files generated for the Web
server are saved. For example, \\inetpub\wwwroot.
- Deploy Target
- Determines whether this target is active and will
be deployed.

- Remote User or Remote Office target
- Remote target information is not available in the
Web Client Deployment Manager.
