Quote information fields
The table lists the default information fields:
Field | Description |

Account |
The account associated with the quote. Click Account Finding records to find the associated account. to change the account. See |
Closed Date | The date on which the quote was closed. Note: When the status is
changed to Closed, the current date is
automatically populated. Click to change the date.

Comments | Specify any additional notes about the quote. These notes can be modified in the application or the integrated application. See Back Office |
Customer RFQ | The customer request for quote reference number. |
Expiration Date |
The date on which the quote expires. If left blank when the quote was inserted, this may automatically default to a set number of days after the start date. The number of days is determined by the administrator. To change the date, click to select a different date. |
Opportunity |
The opportunity associated with the quote. To change the opportunity, click the Opportunity Finding records to find the associated opportunity. See |
Order Location (Site, Warehouse, or Office) | Back Office Integration only The label depends upon options selected by your administrator. The site, warehouse, or office that generated the quote. Click to find the appropriate location. |
Quote ID | The unique ID assigned when the quote was created. Quotes created in application have a prefix of CRM. Quotes created in an integrated product have a prefix of EXT. Quotes promoted from application to an integrated product receives a new identifier. |
Sales Order ID |
The sales order created after converting the quote to sales order. See Using the Quote detail view This field is only populated if the quote was converted to a sales order and is a link to the. |
Start Date | The start date of the quote. Click to select a different date. |
Status | The status of the quote. To change the status, click the arrow and select from the list. |
