Fulfill literature requests
During fulfillment, a fulfillment record is added to the Notes/History tab for each contact and account associated with the request.
- Click Sales or Marketing on the Navigation Bar.
- Click Literature. The Literature Requests list view is displayed.

Select the required literature requests from the list.
Note: To select more than one literature request, you can click Control or Shift, and select the literature requests.
- Click Fulfill in the Literature Tasks section on the Task pane. The Mail Merge window is displayed.

Set these options on the Merge Options
tab.
- Select Address
- The type of address that is used for address merge fields.
Possible options:
- Primary
- Billing
- Shipping
- Enforce Do Not Solicit
- Select this check box to exclude the merged document that
includes information the contacts or leads have specifically opted
out of receiving. Clear the check box only if the merged document
does not include content that contacts or leads have opted not to
receive. For example, requested or mandatory information.Note: The Do Not Solicit check box is displayed on the Contact and Lead detail views.
- Attach merged document to each record
- Select this check box to attach the correspondence to the Attachments tab for each record. The merged file is attached to each lead, contact, account and if applicable, the in-context entity selected from the Merge With options or the detail or list view where the mail merge was initiated.
- Set history options on the History Options tab. See Setting Follow-Up activity options for Mail Merge
- Schedule a follow-up activity on the Follow-up Options tab. See Setting Follow-Up activity options for Mail Merge
- Gather the required literature and prepare for delivery.
- Complete the literature request, after the literature is delivered.
