Pricing tab for Sales Order or Quote Products

Use the Pricing tab to specify price information for sales order or quote products.

Note: If you are in an ERP integrated environment, see Integrated Pricing Tab for Sales Order or Quote Products (Back Office Extension)

To view or modify product pricing information:

  1. Select Sales > Sales Orders on the navigation bar. The Sales Orders list view is displayed.
    Note: You can select Quotes > Quotes Orders on the navigation bar. The Quotes Orders list view is displayed.
  2. Click the Sales Order Number or Quote Number. The Sales Order Number or Quote detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Products tab.. See Sales Order and Quote Products tab
  4. Click Edit to edit the selected product. The Edit Product window is displayed.
    Note: You can also use the Add Custom Product icon to add a custom product.
  5. Click the Pricing tab.
    Note: If the Integrated Pricing tab is available instead of the Pricing tab. See Integrated Pricing Tab for Sales Order or Quote Products (Back Office Extension).
  6. Specify this information:
    Quantity
    The quantity of products.
    Price Level
    The price level that is used for the product. Possible values:
    • Wholesale
    • MSRP
    Note: This option is not applicable for the application Back Office Extension.
    Unit Price (Sales Order) or (Quote)
    The price of the product based on the currency specified in the sales order or quote.
    Note: This option is not applicable for sales orders integrated with the application Back Office Extension
    Unit Price (Base)
    The price of the product in base currency.
    Note: This option is not applicable for sales orders integrated with the application Back Office Extension.
    Discount
    The discounted value that is automatically converted to a percentage. For example, 50 changes to 50%. The Adjusted Price is calculated automatically.
    Note: This option is not applicable for the application Back Office Extension.
    Adjusted Price (Sales Order) or (Quote)
    The price of the product after the calculation of discount, in the sales order or quote currency. (Multi-Currency only)
    Adjusted Price (Base)
    The base price of the product, after the calculation of discount, in the base currency.
    Extended Price (Sales Order) or (Quote)
    The extended price in the sales order or quote currency. This price is calculated by multiplying the adjusted price with the quantity in the sales order or quote. (Multi-Currency only)
    Extended Price (Base)
    The adjusted price in the base currency. This price is calculated by multiplying the adjusted price with the quantity .
  7. Click Close.
