Using the Lead Capture Mapping detail view

Use the Lead Capture Mapping detail view to view, add, or modify the information for a selected record.

Lead Capture requires at least one mapping specified on the form when defining the button or link action that sends the lead information to Infor CRM SLX. For more information see Configuring Lead Capture

Note: For each mapping you must define property mappings between Infor CRM SLX properties and Lead Capture Form properties.

To access the Lead Capture Mapping detail view, you can select Lead Capture from the Administration section on the navigation bar. On the Lead Capture Configuration view, you can click the required Mapping Name link on the Mappings tab. The Lead Capture Mapping page is displayed.

On this page, you can:

Define property mappings on the Property Mappings tab. See Defining Lead Capture Property Mappings
Modify the Lead Capture Mapping Name.
Note: The mapping Name must be the same as the Mapping Name specified on the Lead Capture form.
Click the Back to Lead Capture Configuration icon to return to the Lead Capture Configuration view. See Configuring Lead Capture
