Deleting a standard problem
To delete a standard
			problem:
 
	 - 
				Select Service, and select Standard Problems on the Navigation Bar to
					access the Standard Problem list view. See Using the Standard Problem list view
				Note: If required, use the Lookup to locate a problem, and click on the standard problem ID. See Using lookup
 - Click Delete in the Standard Problem detail view. See Using the Standard Problem detail view
 - Click OK.
