Using the Integrations Users Tab
Use the Users tab to view and manage all of the users associated with an integration that uses an admin link.
Note: The Users tab is only available for integrations with a
		synchronization method of server sync and a link type of admin. 
	 
 
	 To open the Users tab, on the Integrations Detail view, click the Users tab.
On this page you can:
- Add users: Click 
 () and
				use the lookup to find and select the users you want to add.  - Enable or Disable
		  Synchronization 
		  
- Select the Enable Sync field to turn on synchronization or clear the field to turn off synchronization of a user.
 - Click 
 ().  
 - Undo changes: Before clicking Save,
				click 
 ().  - Validate access to
		  mailboxes: 
		  
- Select one or more
				records in the list and click 
				
 (). 
			  - View the Verification
				column to determine if the email address is valid. 
				
- <blank>: The user's email is not verified.
 - Success!: The email address is valid.
 - Error: Email address cannot be blank - You must add a valid email for the selected user.
 - Error: Incorrect formatting for Email address - The Email address is not formatted correctly. Review the Email address and fix any formatting errors.
 - Error: An Autodiscover error occurred - The user's Email address is invalid for Microsoft Outlook.
 
 
 - Select one or more
				records in the list and click 
				
 
The Users tab grid has the following columns:
- Enable Sync- Select the field to turn on synchronization or clear the field to turn off synchronization of a user.
 - User- Displays the user's name and links to the User Detail view.
 - Email Address- The Email address that is connected to Microsoft Outlook.
 - Department- Displays the user's department.
 - Verification- Displays whether a user's link
		  has been validated and the result of the validation. 
		  
- <blank> - The user's email is not verified.
 - Success! - The email address is valid.
 - Error: Email address cannot be blank - You must add a valid email for the selected user.
 - Error: Incorrect formatting for Email address - The Email address is not formatted correctly. Review the Email address and fix any formatting errors.
 - Error: An Autodiscover error occurred - The user's Email address is invalid for Microsoft Outlook.
 
 - Last Sync Date - The last date and time when data was synchronized for the user.
