Managing literature requests

Use the Literature Requests list view to view, fulfill, complete or reject literature requests, based on your access rights.

You can perform these tasks related to Literature Requests:

• Click Literature on the Navigation Bar to access the Literature Request list view.
• Use the Lookup to search for records.
• Use Task Pane filters.
• Click Refresh in Literature Tasks to refresh the list on the Task pane.
• Click Send by to access the Literature Request detail view.
• Review a group.
• Use the Task Pane to:
  • Fulfill Literature Requests. See Fulfill literature requests
  • Complete Literature Requests. See Completing literature requests
  • Reject Literature Requests. See Rejecting literature requests
  • Schedule a Literature Request. See Scheduling a literature request
