Using the Email Template detail view
Use the Email Template detail view to see, add, or modify information for
      a selected record. The detail view consists of information fields, tabs, and a user-defined
      middle section.
    Note: The security access determines what
        functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes.
To access the Email Template detail view, from the menu, click to access the Email Templates list view.
On this page you can:
    - Use the to find a template, and click the template name. See Using lookup
 - Use Groups. See What are Groups?
 - Click on the toolbar, to switch back to Contact list view.
 - Copy a word template. See Copying a Microsoft Word template
 - Delete a word template. See Deleting a Word template
 
Information fields
The information fields contain the primary information about the email template. Users with appropriate permissions can modify these fields.
Email Template detail view tabs
The Email Templates Properties tab is used to manage the properties available to add to the template. See Email Template Properties tab
User defined section
You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. See Dragging and Dropping
