Reordering a conditional statement

If a query contains multiple conditional statements, you can move any statement up or down to change the order in which the conditions are applied to the query.

To reorder a conditional statement:

  1. Access the Query Builder. See Accessing the Query Builder
  2. Click the Conditions tab.
  3. Select a statement in the grid.
  4. Click Move Up or Move Down.
