ERP Details Tab for Sales Order or Quote Products (Back Office Extension)

Use the ERP Details tab to view or modify ERP information for sales order or quote products.

Note: 
  • If the ERP Details tab is not displayed however, the Details tab is enabled see Details tab for Sales Order or Quote Products.
  • This tab is displayed only if implementation is integrated with an ERP system and Administrator does not allow local pricing for sales orders or quotes.
  • Based on the type of implementation some information cannot be modified. You can contact your administrator for more information.

To view or modify ERP Details:

  1. Access Sales Orders or Quotes detail view.
  2. Click the Products tab.. See Sales Order and Quote Products tab.
  3. Click Edit to modify the selected product. The Edit Product window is displayed.
  4. Click the ERP Details tab.
  5. Review or modify this information:
    Status
    The status of the product set in the integrated back office application.
    Status Date
    The date when the status is last updated.
    Inco Term
    The International Commercial (INCO) Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms used in International commercial transactions or procurement processes.
    PO Reference
    (Optional) The line level purchase order reference number or ID.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    Open Quantity
    The quantity of the product specified in the integrated back office application that is available to ship.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    Fixed Price Item
    Indicates if the price is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
    Rush Request
    Select this check box if the customer has requested to ship the product immediately.
    Back Ordered
    Indicates if the product is unavailable to ship and is currently on back order.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    Substitute Item
    Indicates if the product is a substitution of another product.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    UPC ID
    The Universal Product Code identification number.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    Unit Price UOM
    The unit of measure for the unit price. For example, Each, Doz, Box, Case.
    Open UOM
    The unit of measure for the quantity of the product specified in the integrated back office application that is available to ship.
    Note: This field is not applicable for Quotes.
    Price Per Quantity
    The base quantity per unit price for unit of measure. For example, with a unit price of $10 per box of pencils and a quantity of 100, the cost per pencil is $0.10, assuming the price per quantity is based on the 'Each' unit of measure.
    Price Per Quantity UOM
    The Unit of Measure (UOM) for the Price Per Quantity.
    Notes
    The additional information from the ERP system. Click the icon to view extended notes in a separate dialog box.
    Note: This field cannot be modified.
