SpeedSearch Manager file system index File Definitions tab

Use the SpeedSearch Manager file system Index File Definitions tab to manage file system index file definitions.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To access the File Definitions tab:

Select SpeedSearch Manager in the Administration on the navigation bar. The SpeedSearch Manager list view is displayed.
Click the File System Indexes tab and select a file system index in the list.
Note: The details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with the File Definitions tab. If the details pane does not display, click Detail.
Click the File Definitions tab to view the list of conditions.

On this page, you can manage file system index file definitions:

Click Add to add a file definition. See Adding or modifying a SpeedSearch file system index file definition for more information.
Click Edit to edit file definition. See Adding or modifying a SpeedSearch file system index file definition for more information.
Click Delete to delete a file definition.
Click the grid plus option and select the field of the columns to appear in the grid and clear the fields of the columns to hide in the grid. Hover over the menu and click close after completing the task.
