The CRM Workflow based email notification process requires access to an active host SMTP email server. You must configure the
options to use:- Mail Merge output to Email: Mail Merge email messages are sent from the email address defined in the From Email Address option.
- Password self-service: Password self-service is available for the Infor CRM Client and for the Customer Portal. You can reset your own passwords and request for usernames.
Email accounts for which the two-step verification enabled, is not supported. If two-step verification is enabled, users can use an application password depending on the email account configuration. You can also refer to the email provider documentation regarding working with less secure applications.
