Integrated Pricing Tab for Sales Order or Quote Products (Back Office Extension)

Use the Integrated Pricing tab to view or modify price information for sales order or quote products in a Back Office integrated environment.

Note: 
  • If the Integrated Pricing tab is not displayed however, the Pricing tab is displayed. See Pricing tab for Sales Order or Quote Products.
  • This tab is displayed, only if implementation is integrated with an ERP system and administrator does not allow local pricing for sales orders or quotes.
  • Based on the type of implementation some information cannot be modified. You can contact your administrator for more information.

To view or modify Integrated Pricing information:

  1. Access the Sales Order or Quote detail view.
  2. Click the Products tab. The Product list view is displayed. See Sales Order and Quote Products tab.
  3. Click Edit to modify the selected product. The Edit Product window is displayed.
    Note: You can also use the Add Custom Product to add a product.
  4. Click the Integrated Pricing tab.
  5. Review this information:
    Quantity
    The number of products to be included for sales order or quote. You can modify the value specified in this field.
    Unit of Measure
    The implementation specific name of the unit of measure. For example, Each, Box, Pack, Doz, Pair, Pkg, FT, ROL.
    Unit Price
    The price of the product. The value in this field can be modified, only if price overrides are allowed or the value is equal to zero. If this value is modified, the other fields are recalculated only after moving focus outside of the field.
  6. The other fields on this tab are determined by the settings configured by the Administrator. Based on the configuration, you can review or modify these fields:
    • If you see Unit Adjustment, then you can view and possibly modify the following information:
      • Unit Adjustment: A currency value used to adjust the per unit price of the product.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases Adjusted Unit Price by the specified value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases Adjusted Unit Price by the specified value.

        This can be modified, only if price adjustments are allowed.

        • If modified, the other fields are recalculated only after moving focus outside of the field.
        • The Adjustment or Percent is automatically calculated if the other value is modified. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
      • Percent: A percentage value used to adjust the per unit price of the product.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases Adjusted Unit Price by the specified percent value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases Adjusted Unit Price by the specified percent value. The Adjusted Unit Price is automatically calculated.

        This can be modified, only if price adjustments are allowed.

        • Any number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, '50' changes to '50%'. If you specify '.5', the value is '.5%'.
        • If modified, the other fields are recalculated only after moving focus outside of the field.
        • The Unit Adjustment or Percent is automatically calculated if the other value is modified. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
      • Adjusted Unit Price: The price of the product, plus or minus the unit adjustment or percentage.
        Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
      • Extended Pretax Amount or Total Amount: The price of the product, plus or minus the unit adjustment or percentage, and multiplied by the quantity.
        Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    • If you see Unit ERP Adjustment and Unit CRM Adjustment then you can view or possibly modify the following information:
      • Unit ERP Adjustment: A currency value used to adjust the per unit price of the product.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases the Unit Net ERP Price by the specified value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases the Unit Net ERP Price by the specified value.
      • ERP Percent: A percentage value used to adjust the per unit price of the product.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases the Unit ERP Price by the specified percent value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases the Unit Net ERP Price by the specified percent value.
        • Any number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, '50' changes to '50%'. If you specify '.5', the value is '.5%'.
      • Unit Net ERP Price: The price of the product, plus or minus the unit ERP adjustment value or ERP percentage.
        Note: The value in this field is calculated and cannot be modified.
      • Unit CRM Adjustment: A currency value used to adjust the per unit ERP price of the product. The CRM adjustment is applied to the Unit Net ERP Price, not the Unit Price.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases the Extended CRM Adjustment by the specified percent value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases the Extended CRM Adjustment by the specified percent value.

        This can be modified only if price adjustments and CRM price overrides are allowed.

        • If modified, the other fields are recalculated only after moving focus outside of the field.
        • The Unit CRM Adjustment or CRM Percent is automatically calculated if the other value is modified. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
      • CRM Percent: A percentage value used to adjust the per unit ERP price of the product. The CRM percent is applied to the Unit Net ERP Price, not the Unit Price.
        • A positive value indicates an additional charge. This increases the Extended CRM Adjustment by the specified percent value.
        • A negative value indicates a discount. This decreases the Extended CRM Adjustment by the specified percent value.

        This can be modified only if price adjustments and CRM price overrides are allowed.

        • Any number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, '50' changes to '50%'. If you specify '.5', the value is '.5%'.
        • If modified, the other fields are recalculated only after moving focus outside of the field.
        • The Unit CRM Adjustment or CRM Percent is automatically calculated if the other value is modified. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
      • Extended CRM Adjustment: The amount of the Unit CRM Adjustment multiplied by the quantity.
        Note: The value in this field is calculated and cannot be modified.
      • Unit Net Pretax Price: The price of the product, plus or minus the unit ERP adjustment value and the CRM adjustment.
        Note: The value in this field is calculated and cannot be modified.
      • Extended Pretax Amount: The amount of the Unit Net Pretax Price multiplied by the quantity.
