Using the Workflow Definition detail view
Use the Workflow Definition detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
A workflow is used to automate the tasks and accelerate the various processed in an organization.
On this page you can:
- Delete a workflow definition. See Deleting a workflow
- Copy a workflow definition. See Copying a workflow
- Click to save any changes.
- Click to undo any unsaved changes.
- Click to return to the CRM Workflow Integration detail view. See Using the Integration detail view
