CRM Workflow Approve Step Notification Comments

You can click the Approve, Disapprove, or Comments buttons on the Notifications tab to open the Comments dialog box.

To add comments:

  1. Access the Workflow Step Instance detail view of the approval step. See Using the CRM Workflow Step detail view.
  2. Click the Notifications tab. Do one of the following:
    • To approve a pending approval click Approve.
    • To disapprove a pending approval click Disapprove.
    • To comment on a pending approval click Comment.
  3. Specify the comments in the Comments field.
  4. Click OK.
