Using the Resolution detail view

Use the Resolution detail view to see, add, or modify information for a selected record.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access the Resolution detail view, on the Navigation Bar, select Service, and click Standard Resolutions to access the Resolution list view. If required, use the Lookup tab to locate a resolution. Click on the resolution ID to view the Resolution detail view. See Using lookup

Information fields

The Description field provides a brief description of the resolution and the Notes field is for additional information.

Detail view tabs

The Items tab displays all of the items associated with a resolution. See Standard Resolution Standard Problems tab

User defined section

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined section. See Dragging and Dropping
