Associating a contact to a promoted account

Use the Account detail view Associated Contacts tab to add a contact to a promoted account. See Contact Associations tab (back office extension)

To associate a contact with a promoted account:

  1. Access the Account detail view and click the Contact Associations tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs
  2. Click Associate Contact.
  3. Locate and select the contact using the Lookup. see Finding records.
  4. Click Add Selected.
  5. Click Close.
  6. Promote the contact if required based on the implementation.
    1. Click Promote in the Task Pane if the Sync Status is set to Changes Pending. Otherwise no action is required. See Using the Task Pane
