Standard Problem Standard Resolutions tab
Use this view to view or associate standard resolutions with a problem.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can
access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
To access this view, on the Standard Problem detail view, click the Standard Resolutions tab. See Using the Standard Problem detail view
On this page you can:
- Associate a resolution:
- Click icon.
- Use the lookup to find a standard resolution. See Finding records
- Click .
Delete a resolution: Select the record you require to remove and click
and click .You can review this information:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Description | Indicates the resolution to the problem. |
Notes | Indicates brief notes about the resolution. |
