Standard Problem Standard Resolutions tab

Use this view to view or associate standard resolutions with a problem.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access this view, on the Standard Problem detail view, click the Standard Resolutions tab. See Using the Standard Problem detail view

On this page you can:

  • Associate a resolution:
    1. Click Associate Resolution icon.
    2. Use the lookup to find a standard resolution. See Finding records
    3. Click Add Selected.

Delete a resolution: Select the record you require to remove and click Remove and click OK.

You can review this information:

Field Name Description
Description Indicates the resolution to the problem.
Notes Indicates brief notes about the resolution.
