Integrations Resources yab

Use the Resources tab to view integration-specific resource definitions and behavior. Resources define what information is mapped between Infor CRM SLX and the integration contract. From this tab you can view whether a resource is enabled to synchronize for the integration and in what direction information is synchronized.

To view the Resources tab you can access the Integration detail view and click the Resources tab. See Using the Integration detail view

On this page you can:

• Compare fields: From the Resources tab, click Manage Schema. The Manage Schema window is displayed. See Managing Schema
  Note: The Manage Schema option is not available for all integrations.
• Modify a resource. SeeModifying resource settings

This view contains these columns:

Edit

Click the Edit link to access the Edit Resource window and modify the resource. See Modifying resource settings.

Resource

Name of the resource in the integration contract.

Sync Direction

Direction in which information is synchronized. Possible values:

• 1-way from Infor CRM - Data synchronizes from Infor CRM SLX to Microsoft Outlook only.
• 1-way to Infor CRM - Data synchronizes from Microsoft Outlook to Infor CRM SLX only.
• 2-way synchronization - Data synchronizes to and from Infor CRM SLX and Microsoft Outlook.

Enabled

Checks if synchronization is enabled for the resource.

Modify User

The user who last modified the resource.

Modify Date

The date when the resource was last modified.

Conflict Resolution

Determines which changes are kept when the same data is edited in both Infor CRM SLX and Microsoft Outlook during the same synchronization cycle. Possible values:

• Integration Wins - The change made in Microsoft Outlook is kept and synchronizes to Infor CRM SLX.
• Infor CRM wins - The change made in Infor CRM SLX is kept and synchronizes to Microsoft Outlook.
• Latest change wins - The most recent change is kept and synchronizes to either Infor CRM SLX or Microsoft Outlook.
