Using the Standard Problem detail view

Use the Standard Problem detail view to see, add or modify information for a selected record.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access the Standard Problem detail view, on the Navigation Bar, click Service, and click Standard Problems. The Standard Problems list view is displayed. If required, use the Lookup to locate a problem, and click the standard problem ID. See Using the Standard Problem list view

On this page, you can:

  • Click List View or click the current group tab to display the list view.
  • Use the Lookup option to search for records. See Using lookup
  • Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks. See Using the Task Pane
  • Reiew a group. See What are Groups?

Information fields

The standard problem information fields contain the primary information about the standard problem. Users with appropriate permissions can modify these fields. See Standard Problem information fields

Detail view tabs

Each tab displays specific information related to the role.
