Assigning secured actions to a role
Secured actions secure user interface elements. Once a secured action is applied to a user interface element, only users who are assigned a role that includes the secured action can see and use the elements. You can assign one or more secured actions to a role.
To assign:
- Access the Secured Actions list view. See Using the Secured Actions list view
- Select the secured actions that you require to assign to a role.
- Click link in the Secured Action Tasks section.
- Click in the Select Role window and use the to find and select the required role, and click . See Finding records
- Click .
